All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and receive shipping confirmation/tracking information via the email you used to place the order. Please allow an addition 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally for a flat rate of $25 per order on apparel and accessories. Shipping rates are higher for our specialty wood items such as the Pup Platform, Plyo Pup Box and Watering Hole. Please be aware that some countries do charge a customs fee upon the arrival of your order. If you are ordering outside of the United States, please be prepared to pay for your country's current import fees. As the importer, you are responsible for those fees.
How long do international packages take to arrive typically?
International packages take anywhere between 12-20 days to arrive once you receive shipping confirmation. Shipping to Canada usually takes less time than other countries. Customs can play a huge role in the timeliness and delivery of your products. Should a package be detained for some reason at customs, neither Wags & Weights or the postal service is notified or given any explanation as to why. As much as we wish we could hand deliver all of our products to each of you, we cannot assist with any delays at customs.
I ordered a wood product and an apparel product, but only my apparel product arrived. Why?
Our wood products are made to order and take longer to ship out than our apparel and accessories. As stated on the product pages of these items, we ask for 5-8 business days from the date of purchase to receive shipping confirmation on these items. Once your wood item has shipped, you will receive as second set of tracking info of your product.
I was sent the wrong item, what do I do?
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the mix up. This rarely happens, but we too are human and sometimes we make mistakes. We hope that you can forgive us and let us make it right for you because customer service is very important to us at Wags & Weights. If you have this issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the packing slip and the items we sent you.
Exchanges & Returns
All items must be in original factory condition with tags intact and original packaging.
Prior to returning or requesting an exchange, please email us at email@example.com to let us know to expect your item or answer any questions you may have.
NOTE: Due to hygiene, dog clothing is non-refundable or returnable. When choosing a size, please feel free to reach out to figure out the best size for your breed to avoid having this issue. Sorry, no exceptions.
Items denied for return include but are not limited to:
- Dog clothing (see explanation above)
- Beanies & hats that have been worn (due to sanitation purposes)
- Visible stains or wear marks (make up, dirt, deodorant, etc.)
- No packaging or proof of purchase
- Washed, wrinkled or frayed
