Self-discipline is your ability to get yourself to do what’s necessary even when you don’t feel like doing it. Most of us can agree that discipline is one of the most important virtues in our pursuit of self-improvement. Without the ability to exercise self-control, it is challenging to will ourselves to get the important things done. This makes it nearly impossible to see the kind of progress and results we really want - both inside and outside of the box. - Others are watching. Remember, there is always someone watching as are navigating your own journey, By showing dedication and resilience, you are imparting the importance of self-discipline on those around you!
